This website, www.staffportal.net, is operated by Right As Rain Software Inc., incorporated federally in Canada, the company behind the Staff Portal platform. Questions about this policy: info@staffportal.net.
What we collect
If you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, business name, and anything you tell us about your business. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. That is the extent of the personal information this website collects.
What we use it for
To respond to you, set up the demo you asked for, and follow up about it. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it lives and how long
Demo requests are stored in our application database [hosted with Supabase] and in our business mailbox [Google Workspace]. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after; write to us and we will delete yours.
The Staff Portal app
The Staff Portal application that restaurant teams use has its own privacy terms, provided to each client group. This policy covers this marketing website only.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@staffportal.net and we will act on it.
